Musique et Film

Good music for me is one that invites and actually engages the listener to build a connection, and eventually makes him a part of the experience. It transports him from the physical to the magical and back, somehow transformed, rendering him unable to separate the music from the lyrics; or creating it from the sounds of silence. A music maker able to do this, I believe, is a true artist and a genius at that.

The same can be said for movies. Almost always, a good movie soundtrack gives the motion pictures that sense of immortality. Classic movies are unforgettably attached to its song selection. Thus, I dedicate a section of this webpage for movie and music madness in appreciation of pieces that mirror life and touch every human sentiment. Likewise in celebration of artists who speak the language of the soul, and whose works are truly remarkably timeless.
